Honourable Member,

We are in the planning stage of preparations for our major event "Onam".  You may be aware, our Onam celebrations this year has been planned for 15th, 16th and 17th of September.

It is our plan to present programmes which have "cultural values".   We would like to give maximum opportunities to our children, members and their spouse in all our ensuing programmes.  So it is for you to act now.   Attached is a form, please fill up the details mentioning your areas of interest and we will endeavour to include everyone in our cultural programmes.

We are also planning to have a probable list of "programe announcers".  Those interested ladies and children are encouraged to come forward for this role.   This should also be mentioned in the attached form.
